Pre workout Recipe of Dra Marta Dias
Ingredients

  • 35g oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (with peanut pieces)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • coconut, chocolate or sesame seeds (for coating)

Preparation

Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients, except the coating ones.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for a few minutes to became firmer.

Shape into small balls with your hands and roll them in coconut, chocolate chips or sesame seeds.

Store in the refrigerator.
